Are you freaking kidding me? Imageshack is one of the fastest BIG image hosting sites, must be a slow connection. I load in like 3 seconds.

Yeah, if you check down at the bottom of the search page for a link that says something like, "Dissatisfied? Help us Improve." You can send a message to the google team telling them that they have too many porn/webstore/useless links for the topic that you searched. They actually read those emails and try to do something about it. It was introduced awhile back, the first time I saw it was in 2002, but for the life of me... I can't remember what I searched for!
