Has anyone used those little thumb keyboards?

like the one for blackberry rim? or on the sharp zaurus? can you type decently fast with them?

I don't know about those but I've used a Psion series 5 before. The keyboard on it was 'just' typeable with a half decent speed on it. My fingers are long and semi thin ish at the tips because I'm asian and typing on it wasn't too bad but not great. Laptop keyboards are good for me. The 12.1" screen and laptops are fine with me also because of my fingers. Same speed as typing on a normal keyboard for me.

I have a RIM 950 (the smaller Blackberry) and I can type pretty much as fast as I can on a normal keyboard. It just takes some getting used to, thats all.

gopunk, it's pretty easy to type on, sort of like playing a GBA when it comes to thumb movement

Don't get too frustrated when you first get it though... you'll get used to it.
