I have that exact one except in silver.

The door closes on my cheiftech matrix case.

Worked fine for me when I was using it. I switched to 7v mod on my fans once I didn't need the airflow that they were capable of (no longer overclocking an AXP)

On low, the fans still aren't as slow as the 7v mod.

Just measured my controller...

The knobs stick out just under 1/2" and the ones on the ends are 5/8" from the edge. I hope that helps you figure out how it would work with the door if you can't find a straight yes or no.

thanks for the measurement. i loks like it will fit. i have about 5/8 inche clearence rom my door.
