Has anyone used the 49 dollar flashes from Target?

I was in target yesterday and noticed in the camera accessories section there were some external flashes that were for Nikon and Canon, each covering numerous models. I'm certain it would be better than pop up flash and was wondering if anyone has tried them. I tried doing a search when I got home but I guess I am getting the companies name wrong, I thought it was Tegra or something similar.
 
I have no experience with the ones you speak of, but there's a Chinese company on eBay selling flashes that are actually quite decent and 1/3 or 1/4 the cost of the Canon/Nikon Flashes.

I think the company is YungNao or something like that...
