Has anyone used repairs universe for parts before?

I've recieved two screen replacements from them for my G2, the first was defective so they sent me another for free but the second one isn't working either. Does anyone have any experience using this site? I'm probably just going to ask for a refund for the second screen, but I was wondering if anyone else has any experience with this site, was it hard to get a refund from them?

I ordered a replacement screen for a Nexus 5, no issues. I haven't had to return anything to them.

I have never dealt with them myself but if you Google the terms "repairsuniverse customer service reviews" and click on the first search result. It seems that they are getting an overall 3 start rating for customer service and their reviews seem to be on both ends of the rating spectrum. Lots of 5 star and lots of 1 star. They seem like a hit or miss when it comes to the quality of their customer service.

They offer great support if you come into any problems, but in terms of the quality of their service it is wonderful.

I would work with them again.

Yeah so far they've been pretty good with the customer support, after receiving two DOA screens from them they want me to send my phone in for them to install it so I guess I will try that.

when i had my droid x i dropped it and it ot black spot so i ordered a repairuniverse screen, but i never bothered to attempt the repair, i was afraid i bungle it and render the phone unbootable and i wouldnt be able to get important stuff off it if needed. so id just buy a new phone now instead of trying to repair, even if it cost $200 extra

It seems like most people on here have had good customer service so I would give it a shot? Are they going to do the install for free? Just curious.
