I signed up at points.com to get some bonus miles for my Frontier Airlines frequent flyer miles. I was supposed to get 125 miles for signing up and then 640 for signing up for Netflix through them.

To date, I have received nothing. They are impossible to contact, and don't reply to emails. I have sent 3 emails over the last month and haven't heard a word.

Has anyone ever used them before with more luck than I've had? Or are they just a big waste of time?
