Has anyone used one of those online lending services?

I've had a very unique offer fall into my lap, and I need to move somewhat quickly on it. Rather the hunt and peck for a good lender in my area I'd like to "shotgun" it by filling out one app and having many lenders run it all at once.

Has anyone used those online lending services such as lendingtree.com? Any opinion on them? Are they good, bad or ugly? Are they worth the time to use?

Any input would be appreciated.
