Has anyone used Logmeinrescue?

We currently use Logmeinrescue to support our remote users (mostly Sales) here where I work. I REALLY like the software, but it is fairly pricey at ~1,200 annually. For a larger company, that may be a small price to pay, but I'm wondering who, if any, their competitors are?

I would like to compare and see the difference in the interface and, most importantly, pricing.

Also, if anyone has anything good or bad to say about Logmeinrescue, please post!

I much prefer LogMeIn though. One of our vendors just switched to that from WebEx. Much better. Seems smoother, less latency, dual mouse control, includes a chat session if needed.
