has anyone used Gunnproxy? I need help

Hope someone can help me. I've installed Gunn proxy on my home server to share an internet connection (dial up ugh!) on my network. It works fine for surfing but I can't get it to work for diablo II. I'm not sure how to set up the TCP and UDP in the SW

any help is greatly appreciated.
