10)windows 7 home 64 bit oem from newegg

since it was not for overclocking but a quiet low power htpc that can play a game or two. I have down a little bit of testing. watching netflix in 1080 p full screen no other programs it pulls 40 watts.

watching netflix

running prime 95 it pulls 71 watts.

3 hours later cpu temps are around 62c max. I pulled the fan from the Silenx cpu cooler and put in a slower quieter fan it runs a constant speed of 800 rpm the Silenx fan ran at 2200 rpm.

I use these fans

one for the cpu and one for the rear exhaust the front intake fan is this

I am happy with this build. I may put in a second drive and the case needed lots of mods. This is a pretty nice piece of gear for many different users.
