Has anyone used ACT! Software??

I'm in sales and marketing and I heard some good things about ACT! I currently use Outlook as my contact management.. but i've heard that act has much more useful features to stay in touch with my clients and reach potential customers.

Has anyone else used this program? Please post your comments below. I appreciate your helpful input.

Id say it is good. I am sure it has changed, but my dad used it on his Mac for quite a long time. He liked it.

I use Goldmine Service and Support for a customer management system. It does the job of what I need to do with scheduling appts. and calls.

how does goldmine compare to Act?

ACT is a memory hog, make sure you have enough RAM.
