Wondering if anyone has these installed, or have used a similar program? I need help on connecting to another host computer from my remote on a different network (same program installed, just 1 is a host and 1's a remote user). I think I've opened up the recommended ports on the router etc. Have the host IP address (not from the router ie. 192.168.1.1 etc) Been sitting in front of the computer reading the user manual for the past 4 hours...HELP!
Btw, the router is a linksys. And the cable modem it self has 4 built in Ethernet slots. I tried connecting straight through the cable modem but it still gives me an ip like 10.1.10.1 i can't connect! AHHHHHHH
