Has anyone tried ZICAM for colds?

Yeah I've used it. I'd say it helps a bit. Don't know how much though since colds vary in intensity and duration. So maybe I had an easy one when I thought the Zicam was helping.

But its only a few bucks and it does make you feel better.

yes. it is the only cold medication doctors i know will take, because it works the best for the longest amount of time without knocking you out. it is excellent stuff.
