Has anyone tried to order by phone with Fry's

I keep seeing awesome deals from Fry's. But they are located mostly on West coast area of United States.
If you see the hot deal section, you'll see it all the time.

Has anyone from east coast try to order from Fry's by phone?
Trying to see if it's possible to do. I see a deal for Athlon 2400 with motherboard for $89

Fry's is a B&M store. I doubt they do shipping.

Fry's does sell via phone order at their Sunnyvale, CA store.

They will also try to sell an "extended warranty", but be firm and decline the extras. Their shipping is a little high also. I once purchased a HD (including a ~$13 shipping charge) with rebate, and the rebate took over 7 months to arrive.
