Looks like snake oil to me. The active ingredient is alcohol. A cask strength whisky or everclear diluted to 120° would give you the same thing. Even better is just letting your nose do it's job.

What problem are you trying to solve? I'm pretty skeptical of chemical improvements over nature. If you had a particular susceptibility to infection, and there was a particular event you wanted to armor yourself for(a large gathering somewhere), then maybe. Otherwise, you're dicking with your body's chemistry for dubious gain. In through your nose, out through your mouth. It's a good system, it works, and it's completely free.

A good old school neti pot with a strong saline solution is best. I never trust online nasal stuff. With all that brain eating crap going on.

Exactly. No need to sterilize your sinuses when you can just flush them out. Once it is out of your body, who cares if it is sterile or not? Works quite well for sinus infections, removing that stuffed-up gunk feeling, eliminating nasal pressure, or even reducing/ending allergies by removing allergens before they impact you.

Studies do show that the strength of saline has very little impact (as long as it is within ranges that don't give you a burning sensation), but the amount of water and amount of time the water is used has a huge impact.

With all that brain eating crap going on.
That said, use distilled water and not tap water for your neti pot. Otherwise you might just get a brain eating infection from the tap water.

Exactly what I do. Lifelong allergies. Been using a neti pot and saline with distilled water for decades. Works well.
