i don't think there are too many ppl still using 60mm hsf. and it sounds like it's pretty loud.

just looking at it i'm thinking, tiddly copper heatsink with big noisy fan.

not quite sure what exactly is meant to make it a "Revolutionary shape design"? looks fairly bog standard. "Superior thermally conductive materials" er, its copper, superior to alot, but common in heatsinks so really "typical thermally conductive materials" would be accurate though unlikely to sell as well. Just glancing at it I'd be willing to hazard a bet that the TT Volcano series is a smilar design done better. Personally I prefer a big efficient heatsink to a little one with a screaming fan to compensate (hey, you can have the big heatsink AND a screaming fan if you want).

specs show a 6800rpm, 43dba fan. ouch. I hope thats a Delta because there's not too many companies I'd trust with a 6800rpm fan tbh.

SK-7 and a 80mm fan of your choice. you know it makes sense.

Heck, I've got a SLK-700 with TMD fan in my box, this is for a client system.
