Seriously though, there's a reason you can get that for $22 shipped and the police ones cost like $300. You get what you pay for.
Might be fun as a novelty type thing, or to get a general idea of BAC, but I wouldn't implicitly trust it.

i have the same one, it sucks.

It'll never give you the same reading twice, or even one that's really close. You might blow a .02 followed by a .09, etc etc. It's just really poor and imprecise. It eats batteries too.
