Hi all,
Just saw the new Vapochill micro heatsinks on anand's CES coverage. Asetek's website has a few reviews, but I am more confused than ever about the performance of these HSFs. I currently have a XP-90 with a 92mm Panaflo and my CPU idle temps are about 32C idle and 47C under full load with my opty 165. On all the online reviews I have seen, both the Vapochill micro units and the HSFs they put against had much higher temps than my setup. Has anyone here actually used these heatsinks yet?

If you do a search of this forum, "vapochill", title or text.

You will read that the provided instructions are not that good but the HSF does a pretty fair job of cooling. There is an issue with mounting these HSFs on the DFI LAN Party boards and a link for the fix is up in the stickied HS reviews post.

its a nice cooler, but nothing special, no point in spending extra money for it since you already have a good cooler.
