I was buying a rig for a friend, who wanted it ordered today. The Epox 8K7A was out of stock at newegg, so I just went ahead and bought the 8KHA. I've read a few reviews about it. Besides the northbridge difference, the 8KHA has a 3 phase power solution. Hopefully this will help keep the board stable at high FSB. Anyone has this board and OC'ed it? What FSB did you get?

One last thing, has anyone ordered a 1GHz 200FSB Athlon from newegg recently? What stepping did you get? Hopefully all my friend will be receiving a AXIA, just want to make sure.

Thanks

Funny you should post this. Just wednesday, I ordered an 8KHA + 1ghz/100 athlon from Newegg. Shipped yesterday. Want me to PM you with some info bout it's stability/OC ability when I get it?

Only prob is I'll be using the retail HSF on the Athlon for a while. I'm too cheap to spring for a glaciator yet...

Edit: It's worth mentioning that I also ordered 3 256 meg sticks of crucial pc2100 as well. I'll try Ocing with 1,2, and 3 sticks searately.
