Has anyone tried the "Asus Update" to flash BIOS?

I just got all the parts together and fired it up! WAHOOOO! My first system! And it works. I like the Asus AV7133. I did alot of research on the web, most of it here and it has all finally come together today. I have this Duron 700 running at 733/FSB133 right now and it looks good. Ran Burn-in on it for a couple of hours and no problems. I want to thank everyone here for all of the great posts that helped me get this far. Well, I have this "Asus Update" software that came with the mobo and wondered if it works. I really don't want to ruin my BIOS. It says that it will flash the BIOS for me if I point it to the new file. Has anybody tried it?
 
I've tried it. It worked well and I personally had no problems with it. Other people however will caution you not to use it because Windows or whatever else operating system you may be running might by some odd chance lock up on you in the middle of the process. If this happens, your just S.O.L. and there goes your BIOS. So whatevers clever. It does work, and I have used it and I will probably continue to use it. - good luck
