Has anyone tried the $100 Buy.com coupon from E*Trade?

I transfered my account from Waterhouse Securities this summer to E*Trade hoping that I would get my $100 Buy.com coupon soon. It just so happens that E*Trade hasn't sent the coupon out to me yet and they keep delaying it. I called them and asked what had happened and they said that my coupon will be sent in a month! I'm just wondering whether or not anyone else has tried this before. If so, did you have problems also? I regret switching my account to E*Trade, their rates are almost 70% more than Waterhouse!

Yeah, I did the deal because I had to open an account for work anyway. I got the gift certificate about a month after opening the account but haven't used it yet.
