I raided a nurse's office once at my old job after crashing on my motorcycle - I was tired of my oozing road rash rubbing on my pants, which made it extremely painful to walk.
I found some spray on stuff called "Second Skin" similar to this product and coated the areas with the stuff - I can honestly say I have never felt more intense pain in my entire life - I broke out into sweats and almost passed out the pain and stinging was so intense.... and I somehow stuck with it and covered all 4 areas on my knees, elbow, and hip...
Turns out that might not have been a good idea as when it finally dried, it worked a little too well. The wounds were unable to get any air and were totally sealed off for about 2 weeks before the crap finally started to wear off and disolve..... Before that my wounds turned into infected little "balloons" that had to be drained all the time and there was nothing I could do to fix it but wait for the crap to wear off.
Lesson learned, let your stuff heal naturally and scab up, chemicals are a bad idea.
