Question has anyone tried debloating win11?

was thinking about removing cortana and a few other programs I dont use. not really wanting to do that if it causes crashing all the time though. anyone use a debloated windows 11 without it messing up? heres a link to what I'm yammering about. (*not exactly the one I will use but possibly still looking and reading) here
