Has anyone taken the Foundstone Ultimate Hacking class?

generally, the "Hacking" courses are just lessons in basic network security, which anyone with a good grasp of networking concepts and an ounce of common sense can come up with on their own...at least that's my experience.

I am part of a Incident response team.. So yeah, I am excited to see what they will teach, and if I will learn anything new..

my brother went to UMD CP (university of md, college park)... his professor was one of the first ppl to hack wireless, so he knows how, hehehe

Most of those listed are rudimentary techniques, but throwing them all into a concise course with a hands-on lab will be very beneficial to neophytes. I spent a significant amount of time developing my own methodology, so if they can provide you a solid foundation from which to derive your own it will be worth the cost, imo.
