Has anyone successfully used a Walmart e-gift card in a b&m store?

Does anyone know whether a Walmart "eGift card" can be printed out and used in store? (The "product description" for the eGift cards on the website says that they can ONLY be used online, but I've heard some conflicting reports from people saying that they can be printed out and used in-store.)

Gift Cards: Worst gifts evar. Companies push you to buy them because a ton of them end up going unused, so they rake in the free money. Give cash instead.

They are only bad gifts if you are the idiot who doesnt use them.

They make the real money when you get a $50 gift card, and buy something that comes out to $48 total. Most people wont pull out a $2 gift card to best buy next time they are there, or they will just forget about it.

Not giving, want to buy for myself with the PayPal promotion ($20 back on $50 online purchase). I've already gotten confirmation that, despite language to the contrary, you WILL get the $20 cashback if you buy a gift card off of Wallmart.com, but what I'm wanting to know is whether I can buy an e-gift card, and then use it immediately in the store, or if, like the terms of the e-gift card say on the website, it is only for online use.
