Has anyone sent their resume to dice.com or monster.com?

I've used monster.com and noticed it to be complete Bullshit. As I would get calls from recruiters and other type of staffing orgs. Has anyone had experience with Dice.com?

dice.com is the same. But I've been able to find jobs using both.

never submitted, but we've interviewed and hired a couple people we found through monster.com.

i have, i wish i had not.
indeed monster is a steaming pile of shit.

now, since i put my resume up, who the fuck knows, was able to see my data, all i know is i get some fucking spam nearly every day from THINK ENERGY PARTNERS for jobs that are not even remotely relevant to my career.
