I found some quotes from a film called Zorro: the Gay Blade...the quotes are hilarious, has anyone seen this?

I'm curious now, but...

"Um, yes, I'm, er, looking for a movie called, um..."

Well, I don't think so, but I really was hoping someone here could confirm that (one way or the other) before I actually go out and try to find it.
The quotes don't look like they are from a skinflick, more like some kind of twisted Mel Brooks picture:
