When potty training a young one, it's common to "reward" the child by calling their favorite TV character.
For example, your child uses the potty on their own, so you call up a friend/family member, tell them that your child used the potty and that you need for them to act like Anthony Wiggle for a few minutes, congratulating the child on their success.
So today I get this call....
"Hello, is Elmo there?"
Obviously a wrong number since my nieces are both potty trained.
But I didn't want to destroy some young child's dreams of talking to Elmo on their first go at a solo on the potty.
So I put on my best Elmo voice and say....
"Hi! I'm Elmo! Did you use the potty all on your own?"
Oddly enough, I only heard a click on the line.
Is Elmo a real person's name?
