Hominds: Book 1

Humans: Book 2

Hybrids: Book 3

I stumbled across these books while I was researching information for an English paper, and they sound like they'd be interesting reads.

Can anyone comment? I've got a fairly large stack of books to read already, but it could always use more material. ;)

edit - Misspelling in title fixed.

I haven't read those, but I have loved every other book of his that I have read. Some other excellent books of his are Calculating God, Frameshift, and Far Seer, which is an allegory of the story of Galileo.

The only problem I really have with any of his books involve his writing about guns in Calculating God. The rest of the book is brilliant, but when he writes about guns he just comes across as a total retard. Maybe he figured none of his readers would know anything about them. :p

The ones you mentioned are highly recommended to me by my friends that have read them, they are on my wish list and will be acquired in the future.

I have- it was just plain awful, avoid it like the plague. The writing, characters, everything was completely sub-par.

Fiction. Its premise that there is a parallel world where Neanderthals became the dominant 2 legged ape.

A Aman, are you serious about it being bad? A few reviews I've noted say it was fairly good.
