I bought a 2001FP and it shipped and all that but its defective. I called for an exchange and they shipped another monitor out overnight on the 7th and now its the 11th. Also when I try to check the shipping status it just says in transit to carrier.
Is anyone else getting this error also or is it just me?

When you try to track any of your Dell Home packages it doesn't come up with a tracking number or info. It just says in transit to carrier.
