If you need it for a 360 elite that you upgraded to, you can get a free transfer kit. Otherwise I already sold mine on ebay
 
FYI - I ordered mine on 10/16, fax. It was shipped USPS first class 10/16, it's probably been sitting in my mailbox since MON/TUES.

Gotta hand it to MS, the documentation is very clear and pretty good. me likey pictures, pictures good.
