Has anyone made a "CRT filter" for videos?

Like, some sort of filter that makes the image look like it is coming through a CRT tv, with geometric distortions and the like?

It is common for emulation because the pixel resolution is so small and that the "effects" have alot of dead space to work with so you arn't losing graphical information while gaining atmospheric effect. Videos on the other hand is a battle to try and capture and preserve what information we can cull from the original medium (when refering to viewing old videos on old TVs) because every bit of detail helps.

Now if you were trying to do the same to HD video then what you are looking for can be found in the form of post production, like after effects.
