I had one hic-up

Nero - Burning Rom has a known compatibility issue with this version of Windows. For an update that is compatible with this version of Windows, contact Ahead Software.

That's trouble if you have one of the many pirated copys of Nero.

Luckily, mine's legit.

My company bought my copy of Nero and I had the same issue so I don't think it had anything to do with a stolen copy

From what I'd seen, Nero has the habit of locking out pirated serial numbers with version upgrades.

I fail to see where Filezz ever said his version was locked, I see him saying it gave a error about compatibility issues, maybe you should not be so fast to call people thieves?

If you were truly interested in topics like this, you would venture out of OT.

And my OS doesn't support service packs. :(

I didn't call him a thief. I just know that there are lots of people out there with pirated copies of nero.

Heck, I didn't even aim the comment at him. I just made the observation about being forced to update nero.
