Has anyone here Used XP Transfer Wizard?

I plan to upgrade to XP from '98 and I see in the install instructions for XP that it has a neat sounding Utility that is supposed to allow the upgrader to use it to Trasfer various things from their old system to the new one. I would like to transfer thins like IE Favorites, E Mail Addresses, ISP/modem settings etc.

Could someone her who has used it Please inform us as to how well it worked?
