Has anyone here used Rebateshq.com ?

i posted this question in the hotdeals section and it got locked, so i will try it here.

i noticed some references to a site called rebateshq.com in some recent hot deals. i'm thinking about using the site for my kodak dc4800 $100 rebate and would like some feedback from people that have used this site.

I sent a rebate to them early december; got confirmation my rebate submissiion was ok 8 weeks later, and said they would send my rebate check 8 weeks later. So far I haven't received my rebate check.

I sent four other rebates to other rebate houses in january and february, and I have received all the checks.

At least for now, I'd rate them extremely slow. I'd not
buy another product with rebate with them as the rebate processor.

If the rebate is more than $20, I alwyas sent it with registered mail; and I keep photocopy of everything (filled out form, UPCs, receipts, etc).

RebatesHQ.com, or Parago, are slow sending the rebate checks out. They almost always send them past the 8/10 weeks specified on the rebate forms and I have to call them. I have had two major problems with them ($50 Maxtor ATA100 card rebate and $30 Staples Memorex 48x CDROM) where they or the retailer screwed up and I had to spend a lot of time getting it resolved. They always want you to send a copy of everything when there is a problem. So, if you use them be sure to make several copies of everything.

They suck!
