A good read but I think most of the material has been covered in dozens of TV shows, internet comics and movies. I'm guessing you won't learn anything you didn't know already.

But better than "Why Men Don't Listen and Women Can't Read Maps" and similar titles.

That book sucks - all "duh" pop psych from the mid-nineties. You'd get much more out of reading "That's Not What I Meant!" or "You Just Don't Understand" by Deborah Tannen.

This is a good book which really ends up being about maintaining healthy relationships with others and with yourself.
