Has anyone here gone through an attempted Paypal chargeback before?

Some Fleabay @sshole is trying to do a chargeback on me. $150 bucks too, the pr!ck. Fortunately i still had the Delivery Confirmation and Insurance tracking numbers. Has anyone else here been through the process of defending oneself against a Paypal chargeback before?

Was the chargeback for non-delivery? Or was it for credit card fraud? You would be protected from a reversal if all of the steps of the Seller Protection Program were followed. Important-the policy does not cover merchandise quality chargebacks.

You should have received instructions in an email about what information is required.

Making it really easy for any prick to get his stuff and not pay for it.

If he's doing it, when you get the email from paypal just go to their website and put in the tracking numbers. There's also a section for comments so just say what happened. I'm actually going through this myself right now but it was because of a misunderstanding more than anything else.
