You know how cereal companies sometimes have those sweepstakes where they claim that a certain # of their cereal boxes are instant winners for some prize? Has anyone won anything significant in any of those sweepstakes?
 
Yes. I won a plastic toy of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D, back when Star Trek: The Next Generation was just getting started. The winning game piece was in a box of Cheerios.
 
this was like years ago...10 yrs ago or more..
star wars was still pretty new...i joined sweepstakes and
won about 150 action figures and a light saber and a couple playsets..i think it was Hoth and Dagobah.
1st prize man...so i kinda had the entire collection withoug even trying.

i believe its all still intact sitting in my Dad's garage...prolly really look like Dagobah by now 😉
 
yes, one of my friends won a Smurf Bike, it was the stupidest prize ever. We use to ghost ride it into trees and brick walls though, that was fun.
