Has anyone here ever rented a car from Auto Europe?

Just curious if anyone has ever used this company since their rates seem to be considerably below the other carriers in Ireland are charging, esp. when it comes to the price of CDW insurance (which admittedly is a rip-off, but since most insurers and credit card companies don't cover in Ireland is almost a necessity). Maybe they are just ripping off customers less than Hertz, Avis, etc. in the CDW shakedown, but since this rental is for my parents I don't mind spending extra if it means less of a hassle for them once they arrive.
