Has anyone here ever been on a people to people student ambassador trip?

People to People is a group that sends studetns over to other countries to "experience" their culture. They go to the UK, Austrailia, Japan, and other places. Has anyone ever been on one of these trips? I am still undecided on whether I want to do it or not for the Japan trip.
