Which beef do they use?

I just got it but they used regular roast beef and cooked it (WTF)
In the picture it looks they used carved prime rib like they are SUPPOSED to, not regular roast beef

The stupid guy that was helping me seemed new and didn't know wtf he was doing
I spent $6.50 on this shiet
