actually i have i found these on this guys rig on another forum and have been intrigued ever since. before i found these i was tuck on a danger den set up. now i'm not sure.😀
 
If you go that route, make sure you get everything the same diameter. Seems like most of the german stuff is small diameter, low flowrate, where as the american stuff is large diameter with big pumps.



After doing my first rig, I'm starting to think the small diameter stuff might be just fine. If the entire system is going to end up in some type of thermal equilibrium, it would seem to me that you don't need massive flow long as your fan+radiator are doing their job.

I of course have nothing to base that on other than gut instinct and layman's reasoning. 🙂


I've seen a few people with that aqua res, it *looks* really great, especially if you get the plate and mount it in the top of your case. That is the optimal place for a res anyways, so I bet it works fine.
