Has anyone heard of Spiral Random Access Memory?

I was assigned to research Spiral RAM by an employer, but have had no luck in finding any resources related to the topic. I have verified that the intended topic was Random Access Memory, as RAM can be a number of acronyms. Has anyone heard of Spiral Random Access Memory, or has there been some mistake in being assigned this topic? If you know of the topic, could you please help me identify some resources so I may educate myself in it?

I've never heard of Spiral RAM. The only thing I can think of that might be related is a relatively new, still in research phase, way of doing MRAM called Spin Transfer Torque MRAM: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M...e_Random_Access_Memory
