Has anyone heard about the 2007 Camry hesitation issue?

Since i have to get this damn thing "fixed" at the dealership, i figure i'll have them take a look at this problem too.

I posted this in a couple camry forums but didnt understand wtf they were saying, so i figure i'll post it here:

I have a 2007 Camry LE 4 cylinder.

i have noticed this before, is there anymore info about it? i thought it was just the way the car drives but realize its a problem. It's really annoying and possible dangerous (i almost got nailed switching into the other lane).

Someone said something about checking the TSB via my dealership. What exactly does this entail?'

TSB's are technical service bulletins, typically only accessible by dealer employees. independent sources (mitchell, alldata) may have them, as well, but are typically slower to get them and may not be as detailed.
