i just had to do an RMA for my OCZ memory. specs are in my sig. one day, i just started getting random reboots and BSODs. ran memtest on each module and found out one module was bad. also tested them in another computer with the same results. seems like OCZ has been very supportive so far. going to send the modules out today. is the turn around time fairly quick? would like to hear stories from other folks. thanks.:)

by the way, ran prime95 for 24 hours with no errors so i concluded that it wasn't the cpu or motherboard unless i am missing something else. measured voltage rails with a multimeter and all readings were within spec.

OCZ RMA service is the BEST in the industry. I've personally RMA's 2 sets, and they did this very quickly via emails. My only regret is that they do not have a Canadian-based RMA service for memory, and thus I had to courier my packages all the way to Cali.

Yeah and they have a community of fanboys telling everyone to buy OCZ with DFi there too...lol

Too bad their RAM is dog ugly, good thing it runs like a Ferrari though...lol

i am just wondering why the memory was working fine one day and the next, all hell broke loose. hopefully the new modules will work without issues. i'd hate to have to go through another RMA.
