Has anyone had to contact the rebate center that ATI uses?

I purchased an ATI all in wonder 128 AGP 32MB video card back in June. CompUSA was running a special on it with a $30 rebate. I received my check a couple of weeks ago and it was for $10. I contacted CompUSA and not only did they agree that the rebate should have been for $30, the sent me a copy of the flyer that showed the $30 rebate.

So I have been trying to get in touch with ATI and the rebate center they use. ATI has no customer service phone numbers that I can find and the 800 number at the rebate center (877-423-8472) only gives you the option to leave a message. I left them a detailed message and they then left a very garbled message on my machine with a phone number (800-340-0808) that has been disconnected. They won't call me back and leave a message on my machine or my pager and they won't e-mail me back either.

Has anyone had contact with these jokers and if so can you give me the phone number you used?

ATI is really bad with customer service. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone and it's damn hard just to find contact addresses and numbers. At least you got someone to call you back, i've always stuck to email and never gotten any responses. I did eventually get what i needed via USPS months later. Just keep hounding them and i'm sure you'll eventually get your money. Good luck
