Has Anyone Had This Problem With Sprint PCS?

I've had Sprint PCS for over a year now. Their online database refuses to acknowledge that my address exists. They have one of goofy deals where it checks what you enter to a list of all U.S. addresses (alllegedly, at least). I called a service representative, had him manually change it to how it appears on my credit card billing statement, and it still showed up wrong. So paying by credit card has been impossible. I've resorted to either mailing in checks or doing electronic checking, in $100 increments. I found today that my cash had run out, and my bill was due today. So instead of sending me an e-mail or the like, Sprint just disconnected my service.

Sprint PCS. Worst company EVAR.

I've never had a problem with sprint. I don't use their online service. I mail a check every month.

Sprint's system refuses to acknowledge 2 of my credit cards. They say I am giving them the wrong billing address and it is not their fault. Sometimes they can get it to work, and sometimes they can't. They overcharge me every month, they give me erroneous bills, and their Customer Service are arrogant asshats. Last night, my credit card would not work again. I paid my account with a check, and then canceled my account. Didn't have to pay the early termination fee, because they don't have service in Canada so I told them I was moving there.

I pay by credit card every month automatically and Sprint CS has always been pleasant to me. I'm sorry you're having problems.
