I can't even get the 5% auto overclock to runon my Asus board. Am I missing something or does this memory just not overclock well? I've tried it on my Abit and Asus setup with no luck. (My sig rigs)

My new 2x512 3200LL seem to overclock ok. I'm pretty certain they're the CH5 chips as well (EDIT: Now I'm not so sure)...

Currently it's running at 217MHz, with 2-3-2-7 timings and 2.7V. This is on an Abit AI7 Motherboard (GAT full auto), and it's Prime and Memtest stable as far as I can tell. I'm sure I can squeeze more out of them though. No special cooling either, just a case fan.

The PC3200LL, and the PC3500 modules are both BH-5 chipped, and like tight timings and high voltages. The regular PC3200 has the CH-5 chips and likes looser timings, lower voltages.

I use the 3200LL on my wife computer. It is currently at 200 Mhz FSB at 2.0-2-2-6CL and 1T CMD, 2.65 Volts and no issues yet. It has passed Prime95 for 12 hour in this setup. Granted, that's not technically overclocking it, but it shows the stability even in an older KT333 platform. I have seen people hitting 230 Mhz FSB with this memory without any issues, and with tight timings.
