Has anyone had problems with Winfax Pro 10.X

I have a friend who is trying to fax out and when he attempts to send something nothing happens. Is there a location in Winfax where you setup the modem dialing properties/setup? Thanks!

Right click on the controller in the notification area of the taskbar. Choose properties then modems. Make sure the modem of choice is setup correctly and checked.
