It's never happened to me, but I know its caused by a momentary loss of blood flow to brain.

Not all that uncommon. I get it worse when I'm at higher altitudes, less oxygen. Long as I don't black out, which I haven't, I don't worry about it.

<<you need get your heart more excercise>>

Not necessarily. What happens is that when you relax your blood pressure naturally drops. If you're really relaxed it drops a lot. No matter how good your heart is, it cannot immediately bring blood pressure back up to normal levels from a highly relaxed level. So the lightheadedness is from the small period between when you get up and when the blood pressure reaches normal levels.

I don't know if I see spots. I get lightheaded a lot though, so I just breathe deeper and kinda lower my head.

All the time, I have low blood pressure and if I get up fast I almost always have my vision get black for a second and sometimes get stars. I have another question though, if you get them when you're excercising is that bad? I used to get it during swim races.

Postural Hypotension

I get that too very frequently. Some days it will happen almost every time I get up. My BP is pretty low, 105/60 ish and I exercise a lot (climbing, swimming, biking...). My Dr. said not too worry about it too much as long as it's only associated with position changes. If it starts happening when I'm just standing around for a while I'm supposed to let him know.

Just curious, what's an average resting heart rate? I'm kind of curious because my blood pressure is a little below normal (around 110/68, textbook is 120/80) but my normal heart rate is around 87 beats per minute. Oh well, I don't pretend to be in shape so I guess it's OK. ;)

My heart rate tends to me kinda high too, like 80 bpm resting. I'm in good shape and I exercise regularly so I dunno...

It's because all your blood in is your other head. Stop thinking nasty thoughts and touching yourself and it wont happen.
